It's finally time for The Great Land Rush! Create your character here, and pick your plot. It's first come, first serve with the plots. Once a plot has been taken, you'll have to find a different one.
Plots For Ranchers:
Plot 1240: Wide open, but no fences, so they have to be built. There's a small stream, which your cows could get stuck on. Overall, there's more room, but several disadvantages. One of these.
Plot 029-030: A smaller plot, already fenced in. No river, and dry land. Two of these.
Plot 2030: The smallest plot, but still sufficient for a rancher just starting out. Mainly ready to go, fenced in and also has a barn. Three of these.
Plots for Farmers: Plot 2020: Very fertile land, without much water. Close to Anville, rather than Valley Town. Access to Plot 2020 is impossible without a decent horse. One of these.
Plot 2052-2054: A good plot, not fertile or infertile. Good irrigation, a river that runs from the sawmill is nearby. Easy access, and close to Valley Town. Two of these.
Plot 2090-93: Closest to town, not particularly fertile. It's well irrigated, almost too wet. If you can make something out of it, you'd be a lucky man. However, they're cheap, and it's possible to get a job as a teacher or something of the like. If you're willing to go into New Burlington, it isn't too bad. Three of these.
Check the LANDS sub-forum for more information on the towns, and the positions available.
